Cancellations
  • In the event that appointments are cancelled without sufficient notice, our stylists miss the opportunity to fill in that appointment time with another client. Since services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation or no show fee will apply.

  • We kindly ask that you provide more than 48 hour notice from your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or changes, you can do so by calling or emailing the salon. Notice provided 24-48 prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment. Notice provided 24 hours or less prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled appointment. (INCLUDES RESCHEDULING TO ANOTHER DAY)

  • No show appointments will be charged 100% of the total reserved services along with a required deposit to book any future appointments.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  Should you not arrive on time and are more than 15 minutes late,  your appointment is subject to cancellation and a cancellation fee may apply.

refunds

Each stylist of Gerber Salon strives to have a clear and concise consultation at the beginning of each appointment.  Our main goal is that you LOVE your hair and we are always willing to revisit any concerns.  In the event that you are not 100% happy with your hair, we ask that you contact the salon directly within 7 days of your service. After 7 days, any concerns will not immediately be considered a complimentary adjustment and will be assessed on a case by case basis. This may result in additional service/product fees. Because our stylists are willing to revisit your hair within the 7 day time frame, we do not offer refunds of any kind.

Gift cards or electronic gift certificates are non-refundable, expire within one year of purchase, and can be redeemed toward services and/or products at any time.

hair extensions
  • It is required that you do not cancel any less than 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment -(includes rescheduling to another day) in the case this happens, we will charge 50% of your estimated service total to the card on file in our system.

  • Move-ups are needed every 5 weeks.

  • If you go more than 5 weeks, the price will be adjusted $25-$50 per week to correctly reflect this along with the amount of time/fixing needed to properly perform your move up.

  • If it has been 8 weeks or more, you will most likely need a re-install. This means we will take out all of your extensions and put them back in with a new foundation so we can ensure the health of your hair. This is so your natural shedding can be brushed out, the beads can be replaced, and they can hold on to more hair again after your shedding.

booking
  • In order to reserve an appointment, a member of our concierge team or online booking system will promptly walk you through the booking process. In order to reserve your appointment, a valid credit card will be needed at the time of booking. You will receive an email and text message 48 hours before your scheduled session to reconfirm your appointment.

  • We ask that ALL NEW CLIENTS please contact the salon to book your first appointment with us. Online booking is not available. In order to reserve your appointment, a valid credit card will be needed.  A $50.00 deposit is required to confirm your first appointment with us and will be credited to your scheduled appointment.

  • Blow drying styling is complimentary with all haircuts. Please note, ALL color services DO NOT include blow dry styling. If you would like blow dry styling, please be sure to book along with your color service appointment.

  • We strive to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere at the salon. As a courtesy to the
    other guests, safety and special concerns, guests/and or children are not permitted to
    accompany clients or wait in the reception area during their appointment.
